When we had an invite to check out brand new facilities at a truck stop near Cheltenham and Tewkesbury, we jumped at the chance. William Gilder Group runs it on a big site it owns at Teddington Hands, the crossroads linking the A46 to Evesham and Tewkesbury with the A435 to Bishop’s Cleeve.

It opened in 2015 but it’s not easy to see from the two roads that run past it and unless you’re a trucker, you would probably have had no reason to venture in. Plus, owner Will Gilder has been somewhat publicity shy in the past.
